About this event
This activity is intended for participants that identify as female. This class is a continuation of the Strength Training for Women 1 & 2. However, participants may join if currently exercising and are familiar with weight room equipment. This is a small group strength training program lead by a female trainer in a support environment. Develop confidence in yourself while learning new exercises amongst familiar faces. This is your time to ask questions, develop a routine, be corrected on form in order to reach your goals.
