Ceramics 3: Studio Proficiency

Develop your personal style through demonstrations, critiques and research into historical and contemporary ceramics. In a student-led approach, we will cover topics such as throwing and altering, construction of complex forms, surface treatment, and simple moldmaking. Clay not included in course fee. Students must purchase clay ticket from Front Office prior to the start of class. Ceramics 2: Continuing is prerequisite. No class on October 11. Instructor: Fredi Rahn
