Pranayama (breathwork) offers powerful benefits for the body, mind, and emotions. Physically, it has the ability to alkaline body. Mentally, breathwork has the ability to release trapped and unprocessed emotions. In this session, you will learn which pranayamas are suitable for all seasons and which are best for specific times of day or year. We will begin with light physical preparation, followed by technique explanation and guided practice of key pranayama methods.
