Through this practice you cleanse the body, stimulate the cardiovascular system, develop your agility and balance and build muscle tone. Some classes may have extra emphasis on core strength. Awaken your body & mind with an invigorating mix of movement & breath, designed to center you for your day. Some yoga experience recommended.
