This gentle, progressive focused class is designed especially for older adults using safe and effective exercises that can be done standing or seated. No drop-ins. * All participants must complete the PAR-Q+ quiz and may need to complete the ePARmed-X quiz found at the links below. Please print and provide these results to your instructor on the first class.
