Swimmer 7: Rookie Patrol

Rookie Patrol features timed 100-metre swims, 350-metre workouts and swimming while wearing clothes. A work-hard, play-hard approach develops swimming strength and efficiency with emphasis on 'Water Smart' behaviour. There is a non-refundable exam fee of $4.00. Lessons are outside; we recommend applying sunscreen 30-minutes before lesson start time and/or wearing a rashguard.
