Hockey 1 (18yrs+)

Learn fundamentals of ice hockey while improving skating speed, balance, and control. Class focusses on learning individual skills: stick-handling, passing & shooting. This program is designed to be taken multiple times. Pre-requisite: Adult 2 or evaluation Helmet with facial protection, hockey gloves and a stick are required. Additional protected equipment recommended.
