Standard First Aid

This course is the most comprehensive first aid training program for the general public and is a prerequisite for the National Lifeguard program. Rescuers are trained in the skills and knowledge needed to assess and provide basic life support to patients with airway, breathing or circulatory emergencies, as well as how to manage medical, musculoskeletal and environmental emergencies. Includes CPR-C certification. Canadian First Aid Manual is required and not included in fee. Purchase at front desk. There is a non-refundable exam fee of $14.00. 100% attendance is required.
