Swimmer 8: Ranger Patrol

Ranger Patrol features timed 200-metre swims, 100-metre fitness medley and the support of a 2.5 kg weight. Skill drills, including a non-contact rescue, enhance swimmers' capabilities in the water. There is a non-refundable exam fee of $4.00. Lessons are outside; we recommend applying sunscreen 30-minutes before lesson start time and/or wearing a rashguard. Prerequisite: Completed Swimmer 7 – Rookie Patrol
