Youth X-Training
Do you want to move faster, jump higher or react quicker? X-training is a functional exercise approach for youth athletes to improve their game by combining agility, speed, power, balance, and mental acuity drills which will translate to any sport and activity. Whether a seasoned high performance athlete or a casual exercise enthusiast, Youth X-Training offers the benefits and rewards to improve athletic development and long-term well-being. Price of registration is equivalent to drop-in admission for the fitness centre for non pass holders. Program fee is included for Flexipass/Usage Pass members at registration. Registration includes access to the fitness centre. Completed Par-Q+ and Consent & Release are required prior to participation (forms available at the front desk).
