Sea Lion Prerequisite: 3-5 yrs, successful completion of Preschool 3 - Orca Swimmers combine entries and exits, recover objects from chest deep water, tread water with a PFD, rollover floats, side glides, and intro to front crawl wearing a PFD Narwal Prerequisite: 3-5 yrs, successful completion of Preschool Sea Lion Swimmers work on forward rolls, treading water for 10 secs unassisted, underwater object recovery, whip kick, front crawl and back crawl 5M and intro to interval training
