Dive into lessons to improve your swim skills. Develop front dive, forward roll and front crawl. Learn back crawl, eggbeater kick and elementary backstroke. Work towards a continuous swim of 75 metres. Prerequisite: Successful completion of or skill ability equal to Ultra Swim 4.
