About this event

Meet Maggie Calder Teacher, Healer, Author and Storyteller, in 1995, I was the private assistant to Eckhart Tolle, author and teacher who Opera Winfrey calls “Great”. My studies with Wayne Dyer, Anthony Robbins and the Dali Llama enriched my time as a nun-monk for 4 years training under Master Bhasakorn, the King of Thailand’s monk. As a ICF Coach(International Coaching Federation) I have supported many with physical and emotional wellness. Movement Meditation In a dim lit room, Maggie guides participants to move freely, releasing physical and emotional limitations. Observing these restrictions during an 11-layer music journey fosters self-discovery and wellness, allowing the intelligent body to find equilibrium. Often participants experience an inner bliss. Maggie Calder guides the class into an 11-layer music journey focusing on allowing the intelligent body to move US rather than we move our body. Each music layer is designed from the foundation of Chi Gong, Tai Chi and the Yoga Five Kosha system. Maggie designed this class for rapid physical and mental equilibrium bringing us back to our natural state. It is a form of meditation using movement to deepen our connection within awaking inner happiness. Movement Meditation is liberating even blissful!
