About this event
Instructor: Pam Expect some warm flowing poses with different levels ofchallenge in the first part of the class, known as “yang” or “sun” yoga. Movewith breath, heat the body, and build strength at your own level of difficulty.Then, about half way through, settle into slower and very mindful poses in the“yin” or “moon” portion of the class. Here, expect an emphasis on equanimityand feeling centered, along with the opportunity for building flexibility andrange of motion. Throughout both parts of the class there will be a strongfocus on proper alignment and breath work. Bring a towel or extra layer ofclothing to provide comfort when the body cools towards the end of class, andbringing water is always encouraged.
